Terms of Service
ChatPVT is currently in invite-only beta. These terms outline the early-access framework Ahania is using while product, support, and operational details are being finalised.
Interim notice. These terms establish the early-access position for beta users and identify the clauses that must be finalised before general availability. They should be kept in step with product access, support commitments, hosting operations, and commercial changes.
Service operator
ChatPVT is developed and maintained by Ahania, an independent company based in London, UK. The final terms should include full legal entity details, registered address, company number, service contact, and the governing law position.
Invite-only beta
During the invite-only phase, access may be limited, changed, paused, or withdrawn while Ahania tests product behaviour, abuse controls, hosting operations, and support flows. The final terms should explain account responsibilities and what happens if access ends.
Terms to complete before wider availability
- Eligibility, invite-only beta access, and account responsibilities.
- Acceptable use, abuse handling, and account suspension rules.
- Relationship with Matrix , third-party Matrix clients, and external app stores.
- Service availability, support expectations, backups, and beta limitations.
- Payment terms if paid plans are introduced.
- Liability, disclaimers, governing law, and dispute handling.
- How changes to the terms will be communicated.
Current status
These interim terms should be reviewed and expanded before accepting broad public sign-ups, charging customers, making service-level commitments, or presenting ChatPVT as generally available.
Trademark notice
ChatPVT™ is a trademark of Ahania. Ahania reserves all rights in the ChatPVT name, mark, and brand presentation. Unauthorized use, imitation, or misrepresentation is not permitted.
Use ChatPVT™ for trademark and legal references. Do not use the registered trademark symbol with ChatPVT. Ahania will update brand guidance after any registration status changes.
